-- Joe Johnson led the way with 37 points and Josh Smith had 22 points and 10 boards ... Zaza Pachulia tallied 15 points, a career-high 20 rebounds and 3 blocks (tied career-best) in a career-high 54 minutes (0 turnovers) ... Jeff Teague put in 18 points (career-best 10-11 FTs), Marvin Williams scored 16, Kirk Hinrich 12 and Willie Green 10.
-- Johnson had a sizzling start, hitting 8-8 FGs for 18 points, helping Atlanta to a 29-22 lead after one.
-- Smith took over in the second quarter, scoring 10 of his 15 first half points, as the Hawks extended the lead to 55-40 at the break.
-- Utah opened the second half on an 11-0 run and eventually took a 68-64 advantage, but Kirk Hinrich's runner just before the horn put Atlanta back on top (75-74) heading to the final frame.
-- The Hawks held a three-point lead with under two minutes to play in regulation but Utah was able to knot things at 98 sending the game to OT.
-- Each team could only manage one bucket in the first extra sessions (tying for the second-lowest combined score in an overtime in NBA history).
-- Johnson nailed a triple with 7.5 seconds left in the second OT to even the score at 113 ... Atlanta was down again late in the third overtime but Williams' jumper tied it at 123 ... Atlanta took a six-point edge in the final OT but Utah got it down to two with 16 seconds to play ... Teague and Ivan Johnson sealed it with two FTs apiece in the final 13 seconds.
-- Al Jefferson led the Jazz with 28 points and 17 rebounds and Paul Millsap added 25 points and 13 boards.
