-- Atlanta held Washington to 34 second half points en route to a 102-88 win at Philips Arena on Friday.

-- The Hawks hit .526 from the floor in the second half and outscored the visitors 20-10 to start the fourth quarter for a comfortable 17 point lead.

-- After a slow start offensively, the Hawks got rolling and took a 30-26 advantage after one quarter behind Joe Johnson's 15 points.

-- Washington won the second quarter 28-20, thanks to 57.9% shooting, to take a 54-50 lead at the break.

-- Joe Johnson finished with 34 points to lead all scorers ... Josh Smith put in 23 points, and Jeff Teague had 14 points and tied his career-high with 5 steals ... Zaza Pachulia tallied 10 points, 10 boards and a career-best 7 assists.

-- Trevor Booker paced the the Wizards with 18 points and 9 rebounds.

-- Atlanta forced 22 Washington turnovers (leading to 37 points), while committing just 11 miscues and dishing out 30 assists.

-- The Hawks are back in action on Sunday at Cleveland (4pm on SportSouth HD, 680 AM and 93.7 FM).
